Outside 120 mile radius of LAX airport: Meals & lodging extra
Parking, airfare, travel and incidental expenses: Reimbursed as incurred
Charitable organizations discount available
Broadcast or commercial events: Prevailing industry rates (Union/Professional Organization rates if applicable)
Major holidays (Independence Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.): add $100
New Year's Eve: add $200
Engagements with 1,000+ attendees: subject to additional negotiation
